HYPP Beta Terms

HYPP is currently beta / pre-release software. Features, interfaces, availability, and supported devices may change as testing continues.

Pet safety remains your responsibility

HYPP is a software and tracking aid. It does not replace supervision, secure handling, identification, veterinary care, emergency services, or your responsibility for pet safety.

Service availability limitations

Service availability can be interrupted by device state, connectivity, phone settings, network conditions, maintenance, software defects, or third-party systems. Beta access is provided without a guarantee of continuous availability.

Location accuracy limitations

Location accuracy can vary with satellite visibility, buildings, terrain, radio conditions, device configuration, network availability, and the age of the most recent location report. HYPP should not be treated as a guaranteed real-time or precision-location service.

Third-party device and network limitations

Compatible third-party device features depend on the technical access, permissions, services, networks, and restrictions supplied by those third parties. HYPP does not control those systems and does not promise that every device will expose the same capabilities.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use HYPP in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others. HYPP branding, software, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Commercial launch review

These beta terms are intended for early testing and store-readiness. Warranty, liability, consumer-law, and commercial terms require legal review before a full public commercial launch.
