If a beta build does not install, open, or update correctly, include your phone model, Android version, HYPP version, and what happened.

Location & background permission

Walk recording depends on the location and background permission choices you grant. HYPP should clearly explain which permission is needed and why.

Tracker pairing and HYPP GPS support will be documented here as each hardware path is validated.

Privacy and account controls

For privacy details, read the Privacy Policy. To request removal of your HYPP account and related data, use Delete Account & Data.

Beta support is not emergency support

HYPP does not promise 24/7 monitoring or emergency response. If a pet is missing or needs urgent veterinary care, use appropriate local emergency services and professionals rather than relying on HYPP support.
