Delete your HYPP account and data

This public page is the stable web resource for HYPP account deletion. As in-app account deletion is completed, the app flow and this page will be kept in sync.

Request account deletion

To request account deletion during the beta, email support@handleyourpetspower.com from the email associated with your HYPP account and state that you want the account deleted.

What is deleted

After verification, HYPP will delete account/profile information and associated pet profile, activity, location, media, and device/tracker data that is controlled by HYPP and no longer required for an allowed retention purpose.

What may be retained

Limited data may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, backup rotation, or to document that a deletion request was completed. Retained information will not be kept longer than needed for that purpose.
